The 8000 Series I/O is the native I/O of the D/3® DCS. NovaTech 8000 I/O is ideal for new installations and for upgrading existing NovaTech 16000 series I/O families in existing Process Control Module cabinets.

Interactive Procedure Suite integrates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with the D/3 DCS or PLCs (through OPC) to capture and automate best practices, facilitate documentation and compliance requirements, and speed operator training. Users collaborate on visual flow charts that generate a Procedure Overview Display (POD), automation code for the D/3 DCS or OPC for PLCs, and traditional hardcopy SOPs in a fast, intuitive workflow.
Orion for Process Control
The Orion Automation Platform provides data acquisition for energy management and "islands of automation" applications in process environments by connecting to legacy, proprietary, and unsupported PLCs and Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) and converting their outputs to open protocols including Modbus TCP.
TotalVision® Process HMI
The TotalVision Process Human Machine Interface (HMI; also called a Man Machine Interface or MMI) displays real time continuous and batch process information from the D/3 DCS with customizable graphics objects from an extensive library.

Biomass Conversion Systems Integration
A variety of Biomass Conversion Systems including gasification and pyrolysis gasification systems are available to convert Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), wood chips, and other industrial biomass into useful heat and electrical power for industrial and municipal power applications, resulting in lower energy costs and reduced environmental impact. NovaTech provides ROI and fuel source analysis, vendor selection, system integration and ongoing maintenance services.
